Very Good
Value for money and very good location, just in old town easy access to museum and conventions stores.
Was requested higher level upon booking, but only stay in level 2. Little bit nosy at night if you wish to sleep early as downstairs is a live bar until midnight.

A big, clean room is worth the other little inconveniences
- Location was fine, but I do recommend staying in Patong over Phuket Town. The nightlife was a bit dead. - The room was so clean. I loved it. - The room was very spacious. There was enough room for my luggage and for things not to feel so crowded. - There's a mini fridge - AC is really cold - Bed is a bit firm, but still comfy for Western standards. It's also huge. - I really liked the aesthetic of the room as well - I stayed in a room near the lobby (on the 2nd floor). There was live music every night but I barely heard it.
- the reception is behind a fake yellow taxi in the lobby. It's way above desk height. If you're below like 160cm, you'll have to tiptoe to talk to the receptionist. It's weird. Not the hugest deal though. - Restaurant upstairs has no vegetarian options, nor is it very aesthetically pleasing. - Not many people at the bar. Dead nightlife.

Very nice staff and great location
Lovely design on the lobby and nice small touches around.
The room had no windows- so it felt a bit like a bunker

Wonderful
The vibe was amazing, we really liked decorations and live music in the bar. We got new towels and water everyday. Bed was comfortable and everything was super clean.
The washroom was a little flooding while shower, there were no chars nor table (only super small and short glass one). A little bit noisy from outside. The electricity plug was only on one side of the bed.
